Washington Street Paving Project

The work generally consists of mobilization; traffic control; water pollution control program; night work (revocable); cold planing, removing and disposing of existing pavement; installation of pavement fabric; placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA) or rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA) materials; pruning and removing tree roots under HMA repairs; lowering and adjusting utility covers; installation of stamped HMA crosswalks; replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; cleanup of the project area, and other items of work as shown in the contract documents.
